Microwave - From Frozen - Microwave Cat E 800W. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir, replace film lid and cook for a further 3 minutes 30 seconds. Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
Microwave - From Defrost - Microwave Cat E 800W. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 3 minutes. Stir, replace film lid and cook for a further 1 minute 30 seconds. Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
Oven cook - From Frozen - Oven Fan 180°C/Gas 5. Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 5. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. 35 minutes into cooking time, stir, replace film lid, return to oven for a further 15 minutes. Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
