Air Fry - From Frozen - Air Fry 180°C. Based on 9 Goujons
Set temperature to 180°C. Remove required amount from packaging. Place into air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 7 minutes. Turn half way through cooking time.
Oven cook - From Frozen - Oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove required amount from packaging. Place on a baking tray near the top of the oven for 12-14 minutes. Turn half way through cooking time.
