Cooking Instructions - General - All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Ensure food is piping hot.
Grill - From Chilled - Cook under a preheated grill on a medium heat for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Heat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas 6. Place rashers on parchment paper on a baking tray or on a wire rack in the tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Fry over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes turning occasionally.
