Airfryer Cauliflower Cheese Bites

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower steamed and finely chopped (with liquid squeezed out)
1 tsp garlic granules
1 cup oat flour (blended oats)
1/2 cup cheese
1 egg
Black pepper to season
Drizzle olive oil
Directions
These little bites are the perfect, soft first food for baby led weaning. They are super soft and squashable between your finger and thumb and amazingly nutritious too.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 head cauliflower steamed and finely chopped (with liquid squeezed out)
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 cup oat flour (blended oats)
- 1/2 cup cheese
- 1 egg
- Black pepper to season
- Drizzle olive oil
METHOD
- Add the cauliflower, garlic granules, oat flour, cheese, egg and pepper to a bowl, then using a spoon stir well until it’s fully combined.
- Take a tablespoonful of the mixture and using your hands shape into rounds or tot shapes. Then place onto a plate.
- Lightly drizzle over a very small amount of olive oil, then cook in the airfryer for 8-10 minutes at 200ºC.
- Serve with a dip and a side of strawberries.
