Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - The pudding is already cooked and only needs re-heating. Heating times vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Remove outer packaging.
Take care when removing the film lid as hot steam will escape. Do not reheat.
Microwave - From Ambient - 700W, 3 min.
800W, 2min. 40 secs.
900W, 2min. 20 secs.
Leave the pudding in plastic bowl, pierce the film lid several times. Place onto a microwaveable plate and heat for the time indicated. When heated remove the film from the bowl and turn upside down onto a plate. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Hob - From Ambient - 40 mins.
Leave pudding in plastic bowl. Place a heat resistant saucer in a saucepan to protect the pudding base from direct heat. Place the pudding on top of the saucer. Fill the saucepan wth water to 1/3 the height of the bowl. Cover the saucepan with a lid, bring to the boil and simmer for the time shown. Do not allow the saucepan to boil dry. Top up with water as necessary. When heated remove film lid from the bowl and turn upside down onto a plate. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Cut the cold pudding into slices and microwave for 1-2 minutes until piping hot. Spoon the pudding into small ramekins or dariole moulds, then turn out onto serving plates or bowls and serve with cream or custard.
