Oven cook - From Frozen - This product contains raw fish & must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure fish fillets are piping hot before serving.
For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen.
25-30 mins, 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7
Pre-heat oven. Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray and cook in the top of the oven for time indicated. Ensure fillets are piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
