Battery Replacement: Remove the device from the base plate. Insert the supplied batteries in the battery compartment, observing the correct polarity, you will hear a beep. Replace the device on to the base plate.
This apparatus is solely designed to protect individuals from the acute effects of Carbon Monoxide exposure. It will not fully safeguard individuals with a specific medical condition. If in doubt consult a qualified medical practitioner. A carbon monoxide alarm is not a substitute for a smoke alarm or a combustible gas detector.
