Do not exceed the use by date.
If freezing, freeze on day of purchase.
Use within one month of freezing.
Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator prior to cooking.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - All appliances vary the times and temperatures given are guidelines only.
For best results refer to manufacturer's guidelines.
Remove packaging to cook
Pre-heat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove all packaging from chicken and place in an oven proof dish.
Place dish on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for approximately 20 minutes per 454g (lb) plus 30 minutes extra.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before eating.
To check product is cooked, insert a skewer into the deepest part of the flesh. If product is cooked, the juices will run clear.
If not continue to cook and repeat check as required.
Allow chicken to stand in a warm place for approximately 10 minutes prior to serving.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
