Use within one month of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Fry over a medium heat in a little cooking oil for 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill - From Chilled - Cook under a preheated grill on a medium heat for 3-5 minutes turning occasionally.
