Cooking Guidelines
Microwave - From Frozen - 650W, 6 1/2 mins. 750W 6 mins. 850W, 5 1/2 mins.
Place 100g of vegetable mix into a microwaveable container and add 2-3 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook in the microwave for the times indicated. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir, drain and serve.
Shallow Fry - From Frozen - 6-8 mins.
Heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place 100g of vegetable mix in the frying pan and cook over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring well.
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. For best results always cook from frozen.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
