Microwave - From Frozen - 650W, 5 mins.
750W, 4 1/2 mins.
850W, 4 mins.
Place 100g of edamame beans into a microwaveable container, add 2-3 tablespoons of water, cover and cook for the time indicated, stirring once through cooking. Stir and serve.
Hob - From Frozen - 5 mins.
Place 100g of edamame beans in a saucepan of boiling water, return to the boil and simmer for time shown. Drain and serve.
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. For best results, always cook from frozen.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
