Stir Fry - From Frozen - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. For best results, always cook from frozen.

Preheat a pan on medium heat. Place 100g into a preheated pan and cook at medium heat for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally or until heated through and any excess water has cooked off. Add a small splash of water to the pan if the contents begin to stick to the surface of the pan.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
