Grill - From Chilled - Rare 5-8 mins.; Medium 8-10 mins.; Well done 10-13 mins.
Preheat grill to a medium temperature. Place steak under grill and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow the meat to come up to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Allow steak to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Do not reheat.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Rare 4-7 mins.; Medium 7-9 mins.; Well done 9-11 mins.
