Cooking Instructions - General - This product contains raw fish & must be cooked thoroughly.
Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving.
For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
Remove all packaging.
Deep Fry - From Frozen - 175ºC 5-7 mins
Pre-heat the oil.
Lower fillets gently into the oil and fry.
Grill - From Frozen - 10-12 mins
Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. Turn fillets occasionally.
Oven cook - From Frozen - 200º C, Fan 180ºC, Gas 6 15-17 mins
Pre-heat oven. Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven.
