Serves 2
Simple
Just add : 150 g pork filet (cut into bite sized pieces), 1/2 small red and green bell pepper (diced), 2 sliced of canned pineapple (drained and cut into pieces) 4 Tbsp self-raising flour 1 pack of sweet & sour stir-fry sauce 250 ml cooking oil for deep-fry 1 Tbsp cooking oil for stir-fry Marinade: 1/2 tsp salt and 1 Tbsp of beaten egg
Easy
1 Mix pork with marinade and set aside.
2 Coat the pork with self-raising flour then deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked. Remove and drain.
3 Heat a wok to medium heat, add 1 Tbsp oil, sauté peppers and pineapple for 2 mins. Add pork and sauce, mix to coat well. Serve hot.
Tips: Add sweet and sour sauce to your stir-fried dishes for a burst of tangy flavour! Perfect for chicken, pork, tofu, and even by itself as a dipping sauce!
