After purchase, store in freezer at -18℃. Do not freeze once thawed.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly.
Ensure the goujons are piping hot before serving.
Remove all packaging, Cook from frozen.
Oven cook - From Frozen - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 15-20 mins
For best results cook in a fan oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary.
Pre-heat oven. Place the goujons in a single layer on a pre-heated baking tray and cook on the top shelf of the oven. Turn halfway through cooking.
Air Fry - From Frozen - 9-10 mins, 180°C
Pre-heat the air fryer to 180°C.
Place half of the goujons (200g) in a single layer into the basket. Do not over fill the basket. Cook for 9-10 minutes or until crisp and golden. Turn halfway through cooking to ensure an even cook.
Cooking times may vary in different makes, models or with the amount of product to be cooked. Adjust cooking time accordingly and ensure the product is cooked thoroughly before serving.
