Careful winemaking and a period of ageing in oak give the wine its soft, full-bodied character, making El Círculo Crianza a wine created to be enjoyed time and again.

Vinification Details - The grapes for this wine are harvested at the peak of ripeness to ensure the best quality fruit. A period of cold maceration follows, gently drawing out colour from the skins along with vibrant fruit aromas. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at a carefully controlled temperature over ten to twelve days. The wine is finally aged for twelve months in new American oak barrels, developing its rich, rounded character.
