Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging.
Wash. Trim the ends of the fennel. Cut in half lengthways.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Braise: Pre-heat oven to 160℃. In a pot, melt a knob of butter. Add the fennel.
Add 250ml stock. Transfer to oven proof dish.
Cover with a lid or tin foil. Place in oven for 25 minutes
Steam - From Chilled - Place in steamer. Cook for 10 minutes.
