Preparation and Usage
Recommended use:
Fruit porridge: mix 1/4 of finely crumbled biscuit per tablespoon (15ml) of fruit that is squeezed, sieved or mashed & mix to a consistent texture.
Vegetable porridge: mix 1/4 of finely crumbled biscuit per tablespoon (15ml) of cooked and mashed vegetables & mix to a consistent texture. Let the porridge cool down to the desired temperature.
Follow-up milk porridge: prepare the milk according to the instructions, add one crumbled biscuit per 125ml and shake till you get a consistent texture. Let the porridge cool down to the desired temperature.
Liga advises not to save the porridge for later use.
6 to 10 months: only served puréed. 10 months onwards: also straight from the pack.
