Cooking Instructions - General - Tastiest when microwaved straight from the freezer.
Caution: The tray may soften on heating and will regain rigidity on standing.
When removing the film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.
- Do not refreeze after defrosting.
- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
- These instructions are guidelines only.
Microwave - From Frozen - Pierce the film lid.
Full Power for: 700W 8 mins, 800W 6 mins, 900W 5 mins
Peel back the film lid & stir.
Re-cover and microwave for a further:
700W 3 mins, 800W 3 mins, 900W 3 mins
Stand for 1 minute, remove the film lid, stir and serve.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Alternatively, oven bake
200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 30 mins
Pre-heat the oven.
Pierce the film lid.
Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Cook for 20 mins, peel back the film lid and stir.
Replace the lid and cook for further 10 mins.
Stand for 2 minutes then stir well and serve.
