Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 200°C, Fan 180°C Gas 6 12-15 mins
Preheat oven. Wrap salmon with the butter loosely in parchment paper or foil to lock in juices. Place skin side down on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 10-12 mins.
Remove the butter discs from the salmon and set to one side. Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a Medium heat. Place the salmon skin side down in the pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking. Add the butter for the final 2 minutes of cooking and baste the salmon.
