Direction for use: Remove the towel from the individual wrapper and press firmly to your underwear. Remove backing tape from wings and wrap them around the underside of your underwear, pressing firmly into place.
Disposal: Wrap the towel securely and dispose of with normal household waste. Do not flush down the toilet.
