Preparation and Usage
Paxo is perfect‡
With a roast
In a casserole
On a fish pie
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C Fan/ Gas Mark 7, or the air fryer to 200°C.
Step 2
Empty the sachet into a bowl, add 265ml of boiling water & mix well. Add a large knob of butter if desired. Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Form into balls or alternatively place the stuffing mix into an ovenproof dish.
To oven bake: Cook for 20-25 minutes.
To air fry: Cook for 18 minutes, shaking the stuffing balls halfway through.
‡Ensure stuffing is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving.
