To make 280ml (1/2 pint)
1. Empty the contents of this pack into a small saucepan.
2. Gradually stir in 140ml (1/4 pint) of cold water and 140ml (1/4 pint) of cold milk.
3. Stir continuously while bringing to the boil and continue to stir while simmering for 1 minute.
