A French icon, Sauvignon Blanc draws you in with its freshness, herbal aromas and natural vibrancy.
Vinification Details - Harvesting takes place at night to preserve freshness and prevent oxidation. After destemming, grapes are gently pressed, with free-run and press juices kept separate.
