History - Produced with a careful selection of our best verdejo grapes in the region of Valladolid, cultivated in gravelly soils.
Producer - Cuatro Rayas
Regional Information - Altitude of the vineyards: 680-700 meters. Cold winters and very warm summers (with big temperature differences between night and day, sometimes 25ºC difference). Poor soils covered with rolling stones to keep the warm temperature during the night.
Vinification Details - Vineyards with an average of 15 years old, night machinery harvest. Stainless steel vat fermentation. Fermentation temperature: 15ºC. Length of fermentation: 21 days. Cold maceration: 4 hours at 6ºC
