Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not refreeze.
Microwave - From Frozen - Cat E 800W for 12 minutes
1 Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
2 Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 6 minutes.
3 Stir, replace film lid and cook for a further 6 minutes.
4 Stand for 1 minute and stir before serving.
Oven cook - From Frozen - Fan 180°C / gas 6 for 45 minutes
For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit.
1 Preheat oven.
2 Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
3 Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 30 minutes.
4 Stir, replace film lid and return to the oven for 15 minutes.
5 Stir before serving.
