Tip 1
If your herbs are looking a little lifeless and wilted after a few days, 'shock' them in a bowl of icy cold water to refresh them.
Tip 2
Use a kitchen scissors to easily cut up herbs - a blunt knife will only bruise your herbs.
Tip 3
If you won't get through all of your fresh herbs, chop up and freeze in a little bit of water or oil in an ice cube tray.
