Keep refrigerated between 0°C and +4°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Do not exceed the use by date.
If freezing, freeze on day of purchase. Use within one month of freezing.
Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator prior to cooking. Do not refreeze once thawed. Use within 24 hours of defrosting.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - All appliances vary the times and temperatures given are guidelines only. For best results refer to the manufacturer's guidelines. Remove all packaging.
Pre-heat conventional oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Place in an oven proof dish. Cover loosely with tinfoil and cook on middle shelf of oven for 25-35 minutes.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before eating. To check product is cooked, insert a skewer into the deepest part of the flesh. If product is cooked, the juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check as required.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
