Preparation and Usage
Why not try making a Sticky Toffee Tea Cake?
Melt 85g of butter, 100g light muscovado sugar and 1 tsp sea salt in a saucepan, stirring until it bubbles. Stir in 150ml of double cream. Heat a Chocolate Tea Cake in the microwave, drizzle with the toffee sauce and serve with ice-cream.
