Preparation and Usage
For the Perfect Porridge
2 Minutes in the microwave
Step 1
Measure 30g of Flahavan's
Organic Quick Oats into a microwavable bowl. 30g equals half a cup, five tablespoons or two level oat measuring scoops*.
Step 2
Add 170ml of cold water/milk in a deep bowl allowing over an inch at the top of the bowl for the oats to cook.
Step 3
Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir and serve. This is based on 800w microwave. Cooking times will vary according to microwave wattage.
Can also be cooked on the hob.
As with any hot product please be careful.
*We are removing our plastic oat measuring scoops across our Quick Oats range to give you a more sustainable option for breakfast.
