Microwave - From Chilled - 700W 90 secs. 800W 80 secs. 900W 70 secs.
Place pot on a microwaveable plate and cook for times indicated. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 170°C, Fan 150°C, Gas 3, 22-24 mins.
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Place pot on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and heat for time indicated.
