Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, cook within 24 hours and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date and weight, see top of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours.
Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Food safety tip: Wash all surfaces, utensils and hands after contact with raw chicken.
Keep all raw and cooked products separate.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25-30 mins.
Preheat oven.
Place on a baking tray and cover loosely with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated until all juices run clear.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 12 mins.
Preheat a heavy base frying pan or wok over a High heat. Sear the chicken on all sides, reduce the heat to Medium and stir fry for time indicated. Add vegetables and cooking sauces as desired.
