Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, cook within 24 hours and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date and weight, see top of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25-30 mins.
Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray. Brush with a little oil or melted butter, season with salt and pepper and cover loosely with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated until all juices run clear.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
