Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Place wedges in a single layer directly onto a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Turn halfway during cooking and cook for time indicated. Serve with cajun dip.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
