Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Ambient - Pre-heat oven. Place the goujons in a single layer on a preheated baking tray and cook on the top shelf of the oven. Turn halfway through cooking.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 15-20 mins
Cooking Instructions - General - This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly.
Ensure the goujons are piping hot before serving.
Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen.
For best results cook in a fan oven.

Air Fry - From Ambient - Pre-heat the air fryer to 180°C. Place half of the goujons (200g) in a single layer into the basket. Do not overfill the basket. Cook for 9-10 minutes or until crisp and golden. Turn halfway through cooking to ensure an even cook.
