Home freezing: Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before heating.

Microwave - From Chilled - Pour the soup into a microwavable container. Cover loosely and heat on full power following the guidelines below:
750W -9 minutes
900W - 81/2 minutes
Stir your soup halfway through cooking and stir well before serving. Adjust times according to your microwave's output.
Container will be hot, handle with care!
Hob - From Chilled - Open up the carton and empty contents into a saucepan. Gently heat the soup through for 7-8 minutes until piping hot stirring occasionally.
Do not allow to boil!
