Then simply fill, wrap and enjoy!<br/>Microwave - From Ambient - Place on a microwaveable plate and heat each wrap for 8 seconds (800W), 6 seconds (900W). Or 6 wraps for 30 seconds (800W), 20 seconds (900W).<br/>Shallow Fry - From Ambient - Place each wrap on a hot, dry frying pan on a medium heat for a few seconds on each side.
