Empty contents into a microwave bowl. Place onto a microwave plate and cook for times indicated. Stir half way through cooking. Stir before serving.<br/>Stir Fry - From Chilled - Our Stir Fry Meal Suggestion<br/>
- In a preheated wok, if adding meat or seafood, stir fry until lightly browned.<br/>
- Add vegetables and stir fry both for time indicated on pack.<br/>
