Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Caution
This product is raw and must be cooked. Whilst every effort has been made to remove all bones, some may remain. Food Safety Tip: Wash all surfaces, utensils and hands after contact with raw chicken. Keep all raw and cooked products separate.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 20-25 mins.
Preheat oven. Place goujons on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving. To check, insert a skewer into the deepest part of the chicken, if the chicken is cooked, juices will run clear, if not, continue to cook and repeat check.
Air Fry - From Chilled - 1700W 3.8L, 170°C, 15 mins.
Preheat air fryer. Place goujons in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook for the time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
