Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date, see top of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
170°C, Fan 150°C, Gas 3, 1 1/2-2 hours
Preheat oven. Pan fry the meat in a hot pan for 2 minutes to seal in the flavour and juices. Transfer the meat to a casserole dish, add some root vegetables and enough stock to cover the meat. Cover with a lid, place on the middle shelf of the oven and slowly cook for time indicated or until the meat is tender and can be broken up with a fork or spoon.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat
