Remove outer packaging<br/> Remove outer sleeve and film lid from tray. The bag should remain in the tray.<br/> 2. Place in oven<br/> Place the tray, including the bag, into a preheated oven at 180°C. Roast for approximately 50 minutes until fully cooked.<br/> 3. Cut bag and serve<br/> Remove tray from the oven. Carefully cut open the bag and remove the joint. Pour any remaining sauce from the bag over the joint.
