We are delighted to work in partnership with some of Ireland’s best food producers to source products for our Simply Better Collection. Our producers share our passion for sourcing great quality ingredients and together we have collaborated to create a collection of products that showcases the best of Irish food.

 

THE DOUGH BROS


Eugene and Ronan Greaney, brothers and founders of The Dough Bros in Co. Galway, craft our Simply Better Stone Baked Pizza Bases using '00' Italian wheat flour and slowly fermenting the dough for over 24 hours before they are hand stretched and stone baked

SABA


Our Simply Better Thai range has been carefully crafted by founders, Paul Cadden and Executive Chef Taweesak Trakoolwattana of SABA. Each product in this exclusive collection is made with premium, authentic ingredients sourced directly from Thailand to elevate your cooking experience at home.

TWO FIFTY SQUARE


Founders Adam McMenamin and Louis Williams of Two Fifty Square supply our Simply Better Single Origin Coffee, each bag is carefully roasted in small batches in their roaster factory in Co. Dublin.

FOODS OF ATHENRY


Set amongst the fields of Athenry, the Lawless family’s old dairy farm now operates as a family run bakery producing delicious products for our Simply Better Collection.

CLARKE'S FRESH FRUIT


Pat Clarke of Clarke’s Fresh Fruit in Co. Meath has been in the business for over 60 years, Clarke’s supply Simply Better with deliciously sweet King Strawberries and Blackberries as well as Frozen Strawberries.

IONA FARM


Donnacha Donnelly owner of Iona Farm just north of Co. Dublin specialises in producing high-quality seasonal produce and dedication to growing fruit with care and flavour.

ZANNA COOKHOUSE


Owen Mullins shares our passion for sourcing the best of local Irish ingredients and works with suppliers including Goatsbridge Trout Farm in Co. Kilkenny and Keohane’s Seafoods in Co. Cork.

WEXFORD HOME PRESERVES


Tom & Laura Sinnott source the best of Irish ingredients from local growers for our Simply Better products and continue the tradition of making our preserves and marmalades using the traditional open pot boiling method.

Glens of Antrim


Our Simply Better Crisps are made in small batches for maximum flavour by the team from Glens of Antrim using Irish grown potatoes.

What’s For Pudding


The Flaherty family from What’s For Pudding in Kilmessan, Co. Meath produce our range of Simply Better Handmade Puddings in small batches using only the best ingredients.

Miena’s Handmade Nougat


Based in Glen of Imaal, Co. Wicklow, Miena has added her own twist on traditional nougat to create our range of delicious handmade nougat.

Killowen Farm


Our yogurts are made with milk from the Dunne family herd and each one of the berry compotes in our yogurts is made with Irish grown fruit, sourced locally from Irish fruit farms.
