We are delighted to work with The Dough Bros to source our Simply Better Stonebaked Pizza Bases. Our pizza bases are crafted from overnight slowly fermented dough that has been made using Italian “00” flour and hand stretched before being cooked in true Neapolitan Style at over 400°C. This gives an exceptional delicate crisp and light airiness to these delicious pizza bases.
