Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Wash before use. Peel if required.
Hob - From Ambient - Boil & Simmer 15-20 mins.
Place potatoes in a saucepan of boiling water, bring back to the boil.
Simmer for time indicated above.
Drain and serve.
Microwave - From Ambient - 650W 9 mins. 750W 8 mins. 850W 7 mins.
Prick potatoes with a fork.
Place onto a microwavable plate and cook for times indicated.
All to stand for 1 minute.
Oven cook - From Ambient - 220°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 Fan Assisted Oven 200°C 35-45 mins.
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above.
Place potatoes in a pre-heated roasting tray containing oil, turning after 15 minutes.
Cook for a further 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Steam - From Ambient - 15-20 mins.
Steam over a pan of simmering water for time indicated above.
