Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
Hob - From Chilled - 5-10 mins.
Remove all packaging. Place diced butternut squash in a saucepan of boiling water, bring back to the boil.
Simmer for time indicated above. Drain and serve.
Microwave - From Chilled - 700W 4 mins. 800W 3 1/2 mins. 900W 3mins.
Pierce film. Place diced butternut squash bag onto a microwaveable plate and cook for times indicated above. Allow to stand for 1 minute before opening bag and serving. Handle carefully when opening bag as it may release hot steam.
Steam - From Chilled - 10-12 mins.
Remove all packaging. Steam over a pan of simmering water for time indicated above.
