Using a clean bowl, add half of 1 pack of Siúcra Instant Royal Icing to 2 1/2 tablespoons of water and beat slowly.
Add the remainder of Siúcra Instant Royal Icing - still beating. A small amount of water can be added for 5-7 minutes.
Both colour and quality will improve with beating.
