Cooking Guidelines
Barbecue - From Defrost - BBQ. Cook on the barbeque, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and no pink colour remains
Grill - From Frozen - Grill. Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. Remove required amount from packaging. Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan. Grill for 18-20 minutes. Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary
Oven cook - From Frozen - Oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove required amount from packaging. Place on a baking tray with raised edges near the middle of the oven for 25-27 minutes. Turn half way through cooking time
Shallow Fry - From Defrost - Pan Fry. Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add required amount to the pan. Fry over a medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary
