Rioja is divided into three sub-regions—Alta, Alavesa, and Oriental—with Faustino's vineyards primarily in Rioja Alavesa, known for producing elegant, well-balanced wines with fresh acidity and great aging potential.<br/>Vinification Details - Faustino VII Tinto is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes, fermented in stainless steel to preserve fresh fruit character. A short maceration and malolactic fermentation enhance smoothness and balance. Aged for around 4 to 6 months in American oak, it offers subtle vanilla notes alongside vibrant red fruit flavours.
