Directions for Roasting
1. Preheat oven (not cooking dish)
2. Add ingredients, into bag along with herbs, spices, condiments and or marinades as you see fit.
3. Close bag with the clips supplied. Let marinate to suit your taste.
4. Place inside a roasting dish and pierce 5 - 10 holes in the top of the bag to let excess steam escape during cooking.
5. After cooking, cut bag open; avoiding any steam inside. Enjoy !!!
